Frequently Asked Questions About Ordering


How soon can I expect my order?

Your order will be processed the next day after we receive it, and shipped within 2 business days.  All orders are shipped through the U.S. Post Office with a Delivery Confirmation. We will send you an email containing your tracking number when your order has been shipped.  You can use it to check your estimated delivery date.  All International and Canada orders are shipped via Global Priority or Airmail.  You too will receive an email with shipping verification.
 

 


How can I be sure you received my order?


We send you a confirmation email when you order online.
 


What if you have a question about my order?

If we have any questions about your order, we will email you.  Make sure you send your correct mailing address, and specify what size(s), etc. You should email us here if you have any questions or need to tell us something more about your order.


Do you take phone orders and can I call with questions?
Sorry, but we are not setup to receive telephone orders. We do make every effort to answer all emails in a timely manner.


Do I have to order online?
No, you can mail your order to us. Simply fill out the Mail Order Form found at the top of the "Store" page and send it to us at the address on the form. Don't forget to include a cashiers check or money order for your purchase.

How do I return my order If there is a problem?
You must return your order within 30 days from the time you receive it.
